Artistic Figures In Cloth

April 29, 30 and May 1, 2011  -  Vendors information

We are very excited about AFIC 2011 convention. We have changed hotels and have a new venue for this coming years event. Your sales tables will show cased on the main terrace in the center of the hotel.  Security will be provided in the evenings. Opening sales will take place Friday night from 6-8pm this is a event that almost every single student attends. Then sales continue to both the students and the public on Saturday and Sunday. If for some reason you can not set up Friday, you do need to be set up on Saturday for opening to the public. Hope you can join us. We are expecting a record sign up this year.

Meal Information:  AFIC is hosting two evening meals and 3 lunches in the hotel. 

1.  The lunches are buffet with a different menu each day.  

2.  The Hat & Heels buffet is on Thursday,  April 28, 2011. Doors open at 6:00 buffet starts at 6:30 

3.  Sunday May 1, 2011 is the closing dinner, served at 6:30- Interactive Mystery Dinner Theater

AFIC meal include sales tax and gratuities.  There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. 

Hotel information: If you decide to stay at the hotel you can get the same special rates as the students just, tell the hotel you want the special rate for “Artistic Figures In Cloth.”   Our Group Code is AFC -  a special rate of $93.00 a night! Click Here  Price is based on 1-4 people’s occupancy. This rate is held until April 8, 2011 or until the block is sold out, which ever comes first. We will send you additional information after we receive your application.
