Transportation to and from the airport is free for the asking. You do not
need to rent a car unless you want to. When
you arrive at the Columbus Airport, go directly to the baggage claim.
While you are waiting for your luggage go to the courtesy phones.
The phones are located on the wall in the baggage claim area.
There is a direct phone connection to the hotels in the area and the
Holiday Inn East is among them. They
will be there to pick you up shortly after you call.
