Little Folks - Ute Vasina

 Forget the traditional doll and the pretty face!  Take a walk on the wild side with Ute!  Experience what it’s like to bring a little 13 inch troll character to life.  Walk through each step from the stuffing and sculpting two heads using Ute’s fish line method for adding wrinkles, moles and warts.  Then you will get to choose your favorite head out of the two for the troll to be  completed in class. Ute will show you how to add a wire armature to the legs and encourage you to use recycled old clothing.  Clothing is made by using an applied method which you will do in class.  Facial features include learning uses of decorator chalks, inset eyes and adding eyelids.  Get great results with lifelike hands with opposable thumbs.  Ute is known for her wit, humor and of course her Trolls.

All Clothes are made from recycled materials.  Children’s clothing, sometimes works better because it’s softer fabric and more worn in.

Old pair of Nylon Hose – Boobs and Stocking for female
