Kathryn Walmsley


After college Kathryn began her career as a clothing designer and worked for years making one of a kind leather clothing.  She eventually decided to go back to the beginning and work in figurative art.  Kathryn has worked full time in a wonderful studio, since 1990.  She teaches workshops and seminars and creates a variety of one of a kind artworks in her studio. Her art work has shown at juried craft shows, exhibitions and museum shows around the country.  A number of books and publications have featured her work. A member of The Ohio Designer Craftsmen Guild & National Institute of American Doll Artists (NIADA). She is a contributor to the Rural Alliance for the Arts.
